Welcoming a newborn into the family is an incredibly special time, filled with love, wonder, and a whirlwind of emotions. Especially, when you bring TWO babies home! I had such a lovely time capturing these precious family moments at my most recent in-home newborn session.

What a beautiful family! It is always such a joy when client’s return with their second child. One of my favorite parts of my job is watching families grow. I can’t believe it’s already been 2.5years since I took Rosalie’s big sister’s newborn photos!

Mini sessions, like this one, are a nice option for some families for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, they are a fantastic way to capture the essence of a moment without a lengthy, multi-hour photo shoot. Mini sessions are also more budget-friendly than full-scale photoshoots which make them an excellent way to save money without compromising on the quality of the photos. The baby stays wrapped for the majority of the session which keeps them warm, comfortable, and also easier to transfer between poses.
